The Practitioner

Grounded in lived experience

I help individuals and families transition from chronic survival states into a felt sense of safety, bridging clinical science with gentle somatic regulation.

A Father's Journey

Connection over control

When my son was diagnosed with autism, I realized that true regulation cannot be forced. I developed gentle, somatic co-regulation exercises to help him navigate sensory overload and find peace.

Today, I bring these same protective patterns and somatic grounding techniques to families in Ottawa, helping parents and children unburden their nervous systems together.

Science meets somatic care

Clinical Kinesiology

Somatic Psychotherapy

With a Kinesiology degree in Movement and Health Sciences from York University, I analyze how stress and trauma store physically in the muscle tissue, mapping your body's unique protective patterns.

Currently pursuing a Master's in Psychotherapy, I bridge the gap between physical movement and emotional safety, helping you unburden your nervous system completely.
